Meeting start delayed as the InterCall bridge number didn't work; Ross provided Avaya Bridge

Surveys - number of respondents - Courtney indicates 150 respondents
Current number of teams - 180 teams registered in the league.
Coaches kick-off meeting previously scheduled for Friday, Sept 3
- Courtney, "a call is good, but this Friday is not"
* timing could be better - a week or two later in Sept.
* need a couple week's notice
- local Colo meeting is important to bring people up to speed to on tournament registration process in Colorado specifically

Thompson tournament
- Liz and Ken probably won't be doing a Qualifying tournament
- FIRST branding is the issue
- Liz will not plan to medals
- Liz will continue with the plans for the kits - support for Poudre, Champs and purchase from C1 at the end of the season
ROSS: WEBSITE UPDATES!  Need to publish the non-qualifier expo, pull it off the survey, pull it off the shopping cart
