2011 Tournament volunteer requirement prior to registration
We understand that in 2011, new requirements state that each team needs two volunteers signed up for tournaments prior to a team being allowed to register for a tournament. If we have a volunteer who is willing to work at two different tournaments, does that satisfy the requirement?


when do they show up
I have two people that have registered and signed up as volunteers but they don't show in our account. They assure me they used our team number. Is there a lag time before they show up?
volunteer verification
I've updated TMS to list both verified and pending volunteers. You should now see any volunteer that has signed up and referenced your team number. Once the volunteer has been verified they will be credited to the team.
I've also added a notification e-mail when a volunteer signs up or their status changes (e.g. pending to assigned).
The verification process requires a round-trip discussion between the volunteer coordinator and the volunteer. It could take a day or two depending on how quickly they can sync up.
Volunteer Registration
I am trying to register my volunteers by following the steps that are outlined on your site, but once I go to the Southern Colorado Qualifier website there isn't any "request for your email." The Team registration information on our local tournament site sends me back to the CO FLL site. What? I'm confused. Please advise.
Volunteers for Southern Colorado Qualifier
The Southern Colorado Qualifier has a rich source of volunteers and is not requiring team volunteers (a note to that effect has been added to the event page). Teams listing the Southern Colorado Qualifier as a preference in their survey will find the event registration available on their team page immediately.
