Information on the DMNS booster event?

Hi there,
I was just looking for more information on the DMNS booster event, but all I could find were instructions on how to register.   A few specific questions I had were:
What is the schedule?  I've seen where the calendar states it is from 1pm to 5pm, but I've also seen on the volunteer page that team registration starts at noon.
Should we plan to have the team present for the full 4 hours, or is this more of an open event where teams come and go and typically stay only an hour or two?
Should the teams bring their robots (such as they are at this point) or leave those at home?
Can we pay the registration fee at the door, or do we need to send it to Ross Parrent at the address shown on the website?
