This group is used for communicating important event information for those people that make the event possible in several of the important roles that keep things - and teams! - moving smoothly throughout the day.  These roles include set-up the night before,  early arrivals, registration, escorts and queuing, food service, pit management, photography, etc, etc, etc.  For a full list of volunteer roles, please refer to this list.
